Sub:- Issuance of KVS BS&G Warrant Certificate Number.

Sir/ Madam,

   It is my pleasure to convey the approval of the competent authority regarding issuance of the KVS BS&G Warrants Certificate Number in all Districts including in the newly formed Regions/ Divisions:-

1.     The Warrant to all the teachers and other officials working in the KVS BS&G District as Unit Leader will be issued by the District Commissioner (Scout and Guide) under the direction of concerned Divisional Office (section wise), on behalf of the State Chief Commissioner, KVS BS&G [The seal of the District Commissioner (Scout and Guide) should contain (i) his/ her Name, Rank, (ii) Name of the District and (iii) Address of DC Office should be stamped under his/ her signature (with date)].

2.     The Warrant Certificate to all the DCC/ District Commissioner and KVS HQ officials will be issued by the Honourable Commissioner KVS as State Chief Commissioner KVS BS&G on proper recommendations.
