Sub: Clarification about the date of Rajya Puraskar Certificate-2011.

Sir/ Madam, 

Every year KVS conducts Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp. In the year 2011 the number of Rajya Puraskar participants become just double and the testing camp was conducted in two phases with following modalities;-

1.   Phase-I Regional level (called Pre- Rajya Puraskar) which was held in all the Regions before 31-07-2011.

2.   Phase-II is retest. Called Zonal Level Rajya Puraskar.

The eligibility of participants and standard of both the above mentioned testing camps were the same.

On recommendation of Assistant Commissioner’s Conference-2011 and due to unavoidable circumstances the date of the phase-II of Rajya Puraskar was shifted from July’2011 to August’2011 and as per the internal arrangement of KVS BS&G, in the larger interest of participating Scouts and Guide, to enable them to appear in  the Rashtrapati Puraskar testing camp-2012, the last date of Phase-I 31-07-2011 considered as qualifying/ passing date of Rajya Puraskar for the year 2011, but with the condition that the qualifying/ passing certificate will be issued only to those who will qualify retest in the Phase-II also.

Therefore, the certificates of Rajya Puraskar-2011 were issued only to the eligible and qualified Scouts/ Guides on 31-07-2011.
