 I am to convey the approval of the competent authority to depute one best selected Cub and one best selected Bulbul from your region under the leadership of a Flock Leader/ Cub Master, PRT to attend National Level Cub/Bulbul Golden Arrow Award Ceremony- 2012 from 19-02-2012 to 23-02-2012 at National Youth Complex, Bharat Scouts & Guides, Gadpuri Near Bahadurgarh (on NH-24), District Palwal Haryana. The selection of the Cub and Bulbul should be as per KVS BS&G norms.

        You are requested to depute one Cub and one Bulbul of your region under the leadership of selected escort to report in the event accordingly.
